About the project

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a variety of projects in the DutyFree sector (airports, ferries, etc.). The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing projects related to market studies, Duty Free store renovations, marketing campaigns, and improving customer experience. Your responsibilities

Manage a variety of projects in the Duty Free area (market research, store renovations, marketing campaigns, customer experience)
Effectively manage stakeholders, including senior leadership
Coordinate and lead the project team (both formal and informal)
Manage project budgets
Plan and monitor project timelines and milestones
Handle ambiguities and changes in project scope
Proactively make decisions and take ownership of tasks
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage vendor partnerships
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Our requirements

Strong experience in stakeholder management, including managing senior leadership
Proven experience in managing teams (both formal and informal)
High flexibility and adaptability to changing project scopes
Strong budget and time management skills
Experience in managing projects in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Proactiveness and assertiveness in decision-making
Experience in retail management and vendor relationship building is an asset
Excellent presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to handle ambiguities and work under pressure
Time Zone Requirements: main office in Switzerland, but this role may require working across different time zones and business trips
