responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication.
Facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies to drive progress and stakeholder alignment.
Provide senior stakeholders with a holistic, programme-level view of initiatives, including dependencies, risks, and overall progress.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to ensure visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum across workstreams.
Promote best practices in project management, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage and optimise project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Clarity) to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
Track budgets, forecast spend, and oversee procurement and purchasing processes to ensure compliance and cost control.

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally in a global or matrixed organisation.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to provide a programme-level view, connecting project outcomes to strategic business objectives.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Clarity, MS Project) and reporting dashboards.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred, but not essential).
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
