Job Description

• Essential to have experience in Bank projects as a functional analyst, specifically in treasury operations, accounting, and structural systems because as part of your role you will be accountable for gathering requirements from the users in the accounting bank area, analyzing functional impacts, implementing the design, and coordinating and supporting the development team. Collect requirements, user stories, validations, and work items.
• A person who has experience in IT project management based on Agile Methodologies, to participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting the team in the definition and execution of user stories. Part of your mission will be to guide, assess, and facilitate the team and the organization to establish the Agile methodology.
• Accounting Tools are implemented on COBOL/DB2 and Gravity (online and Batch), therefore knowledge in those technologies would be desirable to facilitate teamwork.
• You will document your solutions in tools like JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
• Develop the Product and Sprint Backlog; and assist in the development of the Daily Standups.
• Coordinate Sprints.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and share information.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree : Science Computer, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as a functional analyst in the Bank Accounting area.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
• Experience in project management and technical teams within the banking sector.
• SCRUM Master certificate .
• Agile at Scale frameworks (SAFe/Less/Nexus/Spotify).
• Design Thinking knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience of all aspects of the software project life cycle from requirements gathering, through design, development, and implementation.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills: English and Spanish language (Advanced level).
• Technical skills in COBOL/DB2 and Gravity.
