We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Project Management Team Leader!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead , mentor, and support a team of up to 8 Project Managers , fostering a collaborative , high-performance, and delivery-focused culture .
• Provide coaching, guidance , and constructive feedback to help Project Managers grow their skills and confidence in delivering complex IT initiatives .
• Ensure consistent project management standards , best practices , and reporting across the team.
• Support capacity planning , workload balancing , and prioritization to ensure sustainable delivery and team well-being .
• Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges , helping Project Managers resolve issues .
• Promote knowledge sharing , continuous improvement , and a positive , accountable team environment.

Project Management:

• Lead complex IT projects involving multiple teams , distributed delivery models , and critical dependencies .
• Manage the full project lifecycle , ensuring effective control over scope , budget , schedule , risks , and quality .
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all level s (internal/external) & maintain strong , trust- based relationships .
• Operate effectively in hybrid environments combining agile and waterfall approaches .
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations , analyses , and project updates to various audiences .
• Make informed decisions independently and lead projects from initiation to closure .

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects.
• At least 4 years of experience managing the PMs team .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives .
• Excellent communication , analytical , and presentation skills .
• Fluent English ( spoken and written ) .
