Project Management Specialist (remote)

About the Role

As a CBRE BSO Project Management Specialist, you will play an important role in managing key projects. You will be part of the Project Management team, which is dedicated to overseeing and delivering strategic initiatives that drive success within CBRE BSO.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in project management, coupled with prior experience in PMO activities such as RAID Management, Planning and Scheduling, Reporting, and Project Governance. This role requires a professional who is confident in working with senior stakeholders and managing complex initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Initiation and Planning stages for new project and initiatives within CBRE and for external Clients.
  • Develop project plans, set objectives, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor to align project goals with business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and manage resources to meet project objectives.
  • Participate in Strategic PM Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance project and operational processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in PM activities such as RAID Management, Planning and Scheduling, Reporting, and Project Governance
  • Very good command of English.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and confidence to navigate complex scenarios and engage effectively in high-level discussions with stakeholders.
  • Reporting and scheduling skills.
  • Organizational, Time Management and Presentation Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Ethics, compliance, and professionalism.
