Project Management Officer (PMO)
Join Sii Poland and become a part of our Project Management Competency Center. Currently, we are looking for a PMO to support projects focused on creating chatbots and developing contact center solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the execution of projects within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and tracking their utilization.
- Verifying financial KPI indicators for projects in the portfolio.
- Tracking project progress, including monitoring milestones.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies.
- Providing support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
- Reviewing and analyzing project-related risks to ensure profitability and secure project execution.
- Presenting audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Developing recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies.
- Supporting project/service planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation.
- Making significant contributions to knowledge management processes related to key aspects of the project lifecycle, covering both sales and delivery phases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within the banking sector.
- Higher education in economics, administration, IT, or finance.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of reporting and control techniques in project execution.
- Basic knowledge of project management or quality assurance systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and assertiveness.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and training sessions.
- Previous work with risk management, including non-financial risk.
- Experience and knowledge in the area of AI (e.g., AI‑driven solutions, chatbot technologies, automation).
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and commitment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to attend the Client’s office in Cracow once per quarter.
- Residing in Poland required.
