Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 60% remotely! 2 days per week from the office
responsibilities :
Supporting programme managers to deliver projects within cost, quality, and timeline objectives
Monitoring and escalating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to resolution
Managing delivery governance in alignment with established frameworks
Tracking benefits and objectives against targets to ensure alignment with business goals
Promoting quality reporting of project statuses, milestones, and deliverables
Implementing standards for project documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines
Providing support for setup, tracking, and closure activities, including post-implementation reviews
Acting as a subject matter expert on governance frameworks, offering training and advice
Facilitating knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and promoting best practices in delivery
Advising on the use of Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO role
Experience managing data-related change, preferably within financial services
Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
Expertise in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with global standards and processes within large organizations
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various levels and disciplines
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing process improvements
Fluent English
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams effectively
