responsibilities :

• Acting as first-line assurance; being an independent voice, providing consistent quality assurance and challenge
• Supporting the successful delivery and execution of major strategic programs and projects
• Developing program plans, including drawing out key milestones, dependencies, and identifying the critical path
• Analyzing program progress, providing value-added analysis to support key decisions and risk management
• Supporting key program governance forums, capturing key decisions, actions, and providing input
• Providing input on the quality and feasibility of project plans
• Ensuring proactive and effective risk management is in place
• Leading PMO team members and driving governance and reporting activities
• Performing program risk/issue management
• Identifying improvement opportunities and promoting a ‘New Way of Working’
• Managing program/project financial activities and reporting periodically

• 6-10 years of experience in PfMO/PgMO/PMO (Portfolio/Program/Project Management Office)
• Previous experience in change delivery / PMO
• Understanding and application of governance processes
• Ability to present key facts and insights from detailed analysis
• Strong communication skills – both written and oral
• Right mindset to solve complex problems and drive objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan, Jira, and Confluence
• Understanding of Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM, CMT, and similar project management tools
