As a PMO, you’ll be involved in projects of different sizes and scopes — from smaller, single workstreams to large, global programmes with multiple tracks. Your main responsibility will be to support the Programme Management Office in monitoring projects, ensuring governance standards are met, and keeping reporting up to date.
What you will do:
- Monitor the financial performance of the project portfolio
- Track project deliverables and milestones
- Keep an eye on risks, issues and quality assurance
- Coordinate regular reporting at project and programme level
- Collect, compile, and process project information from stakeholders
- Help implement project standards across different projects
- Manage and update project documentation, process guidelines and information sources
- Coordinate governance meetings at project and programme level
Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in a PMO role
- Knowledge of Portfolio Financial Management principles
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to structure and organize projects, processes, and communications
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Teams, Jira
- Ability to work effectively in virtual, international teams across different cultures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and open to a wide range of tasks
- Experience supporting PMO services: planning, tracking and reporting, risk and issue management, project / programme governance
- Great attention to detail
