We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Clients team in Kraków. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Delivery Head, project/program managers, and business managers in achieving support objectives across various domains, including Financials, Project Reporting, Human Resources, Vendor Management, and Communications. Your responsibilities will include collecting data, defining metrics, performing ad-hoc analyses, and producing Management Information (MI) reports. You will concentrate on deliverables such as Recruitment, Financials, Reporting, Logistics, and Communications, aiming to provide a professional service to both the global project team and the local management team. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in the information provided will be crucial. Additional responsibilities will involve process and efficiency improvements, and collaborating with the Project Manager and Delivery Head on projects as needed.
