Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have

PMO - administrative support for project management, Software Mind is growing, and we are looking for a PMO Specialist, who will provide administrative support for project managers and directors. Join a team of 7-8 people and become Software Minder!

Position – how you’ll contribute

1. Support for managers and directors in the daily work of their teams
2. Cooperation with internal departments
3. Processing of internal orders
4. Support for the customer invoicing process
5. Preparation of reports requested by managers
6. Inventory of equipment
7. Support in the organization and settlement of business trips, training, conferences and integration events
8. Monitoring of delegation costs and team budgets

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

1. Conscientiousness and responsibility
2. Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel
3. Ability to speak and write in English at least at a B2 level
4. Communicativeness, independence and a proactive attitude
5. Based in Krakow or Warsaw, Rzeszow, Bielsko-Biala, and ready to join our team in person once a month at our office
