Inviting applications for the role of Project Management in Procurement

Responsibilities:

  • Proposing improvements and monitoring implementation of new platforms to increase work effectiveness based on deep knowledge in purchase-to-pay.
  • Key contact person for Central Project Team, OpCo and Procurement function.
  • Building an understanding of complex solutions, including integrations between multiple systems, highlighting risks and issues.
  • Understanding of service request management.
  • Educating and engaging with the business regarding new solutions.
  • Reporting results using set metrics.
  • Create a global material (SOPs) for training and perform selected platform trainings.
  • Conducting training for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience (min 3 years) and deep knowledge in Procurement/STP/PTP.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong relationship skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without close guidance or supervision.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes teamwork.
  • Ability to function independently, identifying problems and improvement opportunities combined with formulating and implementing feasible solutions.
