Lead, manage and develop the software development team (~10 engineers) and min. 5 years’ experience in that role
Conducting various analysis, preparing reports, recommending actions
requirements-expected :
Leadership experience including problem analysis, problem resolution, decision making and judgment skills
Background in software engineering principles with a focus on understanding of software development processes
Experience with one of C / C ++ programming language
Good communication and documentation skills and self-motivated
