Responsibilities:

• Independently lead IT projects in the programme
• Coordinate reporting activities and material flows across stakeholders in the project
• Constantly seek to improve our ways of working
• Organize, plan, monitor and follow up on the execution
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in independently leading prioritised programmes
• Experience in providing supervision with teammates
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing a wide variety of stakeholders
• Proven success in leading IT consulting projects, navigating through complexity and ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Strong risk and compliance orientation, combined with a proactive approach to communicating clear and qualified requests to stakeholders
• Ability to have a structured mindset, ability to see the big picture, and pay close attention to important details
• Skilled at thriving in a fast-paced environment, handle multi-tasking well, and have an excellent ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Competent in managing senior stakeholders and managing service transformation/change
• Solidarity with team players of high integrity
• Documented experience driving change and IT projects/programmes
• Proficiency in navigating through complexity, managing different kinds of stakeholders and strong communication skills
• Responsibility for delivering strong business results and drive for functional excellence
• Experience in independent, proactive and solution-oriented roles
• Relevant masters or bachelors degree
• Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
