  • Innovate and Lead: Bring your expertise in data analytics and acquisition to spearhead global digital transformation initiatives. Identify and capitalize on productivity opportunities within Global Technical Operations (GTO).
  • Collaborate and Create: Work closely with stakeholders to innovate, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions. Drive solution adoption from ideation to full roll-out, including change management and user testing.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging digital optimization initiatives and analytics across all GTO departments.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards to deliver high-quality and compliant solutions and services.
  • Align with the Future: Stay ahead by aligning with the OEM Digital Roadmap and ensuring timely readiness of all required enablers. Proactively manage action items with both OEM and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate and Share Knowledge: Manage internal communications effectively, organize meetings, and oversee the Knowledge Management space to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and utilization.
  • Monitor Success: Keep a keen eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Digital Engineering department, with a focus on digital programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Analytical Expertise: Experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
  • Business Acumen: 2 to 3 years of experience in a business-related position, preferably with a background in Business Intelligence or Digital.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau or Power BI, and Project Management Certification is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data Interpretation: Experience in understanding and interpreting data.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with Confluence (Atlassian) is a plus.
  • Industry Insight: Understanding of tobacco or other production processes is an additional asset.
  • Future-Ready: Experience or understanding of Industry 4.0 and AI.
