Project Launch Manager

Valeo Lighting Systems is opening a new Development Center focused on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars. We are looking for a Project Launch Manager in Chrzanów to lead new project launches.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of project objectives in terms of manufacturing.
• Validate capacity available and investments in production site.
• Follow-up non‑quality cost and quality improvement plans.
• Ensure readiness of project at internal and customer milestones.
• Participate in Design Review, Process & Logistic Review.
• Act as accountable for budget management of all site resources.
• Ensure appraisal and development of Project Team Members.
• Lead communication with customer and development centers.
• Ensure pre‑serial deliveries on time.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• At least 4 years of professional experience launching new projects, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation.
