responsibilities :
Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings;
Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues;
Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks;
Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team;
Internal and external stakeholder management;
Managing correspondence;
Updating project records;
Preparing test data, testing and Reporting on testing;
Preparing, printing and distributing project documentation;
Facilitating and co-ordinating efficient flow of all working documents;
Drafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings.
requirements-expected :
Canditate took part in at least 2 Software Development projects in the role of Project Support Officer;
Candidate has experience in applying PM2 methodology;
Knowledge of project management methodologies and methods;
Experienced in drafting documents, (such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings), managing correspondence and typing in data into electronic systems;
Ability to organise and plan the work process and deliver expected results;
Proficient in using MS Office tools;
Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts;
Dedication to quality of the provided documents (incl. content and formatting);
At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Foundation, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PM2 Basic OR an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).
