responsibilities :

• Analyse existing documentation (BCPs, BIAs and other recovery documentation)
• Identify possible manual business workarounds
• Prepare workshops with business to develop manual business workarounds for MVB scenario
• Support documentation of manual business workarounds and development of implementation plan
• Execute and support MVB Manual Business Workarounds identification and documentation
• Lead Communication and Collaboration tools track
• Facilitate business process mapping and identification
• Support stakeholder management and executive communication activities

• Relevant experience with business process mapping and identification
• Experience with large programmes and stakeholder management
• Executive communication experience in financial services industry
• Will play key role in execution of MVB Manual business workarounds identification and documentation
• Knowledge of business continuity plans and business impact analyses
• Experience with workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of manual workaround development and implementation
• Strong documentation and process development skills
