Project Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Planning, development and implementation of investment projects in the production plant by introducing and developing technical solutions, analyzing technical feasibility, taking into account the highest requirements regarding safety, quality and environmental protection
• Initiating, managing, implementing and conducting investment projects as a member of the project team; with responsibility for the agreed scope, budget and schedule, and project settlement
• Coordinating the work of a project team covering many functions at the production plant level
• Daily contact with internal clients to identify their needs and requirements at all stages of the project
• Identifying cost-effective, high-productivity solutions, developing projects to improve safety, efficiency and product quality

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing technical projects in a production plant
• Practical knowledge of lean management and willingness to develop it
• Ability to work based on data - knowledge of analyzing performance indicators (KPI) and making decisions based on analytical results
• Higher technical education
• Knowledge of English at B2 level
