Project Development Manager Poland - Solar & Wind (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Development of renewable energy projects.
• Management of project planning, implementation, and oversight in Poland, from initiation to completion.
• Leadership and development of a team responsible for advancing renewable energy projects.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Initiation, monitoring, and coordination of official procedures, including environmental planning, connection, and construction processes.
• Oversight of all stages of project development.
• Cooperation with partners, such as designers and specialists from other industries.
• Providing support to the Management Board in organizational growth and project portfolio development.
• Assisting in the negotiation of agreements securing real estate usage rights and contracts with energy operators and contractors.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Building positive relationships through collaboration with local authorities, communities, and landowners.

Your profile

• Higher education, preferably in energy, renewable energy, spatial management, or environmental engineering.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Proficient knowledge of English at a communicative level.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes; valid category B driving license.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and GIS environments, preferably QGIS.
