About Our Client

For our Client - a well established real estate fund - we are seeking for a experienced professional for a position of Project Development Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing full investment process within office developments.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end management of investment projects, from development to completion phase
• Drive project execution, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and strategic goals
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and quality
• Coordinate internal teams, external advisors and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
• Support due diligence processes, investment appraisals, and preparation of decision-making materials
• Manage development and permitting process
• Select and manage cooperation with GC companies
• Supervise construction process
• Work closely with Leasing and Legal dep.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and investors

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management within real estate area (preferably office developments area)
• Strong academic background in construction, engineering or relevant
• Solid understanding of investment project management area
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills
