For my client, an international independent power producer investing in renewables, I am looking for Project Development Manager .

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage development of the provided portfolio of large-scale PV and Wind Energy plants, including analyzing project constraints, permitting, and licenses for construction and operation of the projects. Most important tasks will be regarding grid connections obtainment, building permit obtainment, and local authorities permitting.
2. Retrieve, extract, process, and manage project information, outputs from databases, and GIS data.
3. Contribute to developing market strategy and plans for the development of greenfield projects and ready-to-build in Poland.
4. Build local networks and identify leads/project opportunities in collaboration with local partners/scouts.
5. Build local organization for development in accordance with the business plan.
6. Ensure securing land rights.
7. Responsible for permit and planning process together with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Contribute to optimizing models used in project calculations.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

1. Solid experience with solar and wind projects; greenfield experience is an asset.
2. Skilled in creating relationships with landowners, public authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders/developers.
3. Experienced in stakeholder management and project management.
4. Understanding of project financing.
5. Results-oriented and independent.
6. Experienced MS Office user, especially with calculations in Excel.
7. Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
