responsibilities :

Leading, coordinating, and managing the execution of scheduled factory projects
Working cross functionally to understand requirements, partnering with factory operations
Driving regular sessions with business factory leadership to set priorities and align business objectives
Local IT vendors and contractors’ management, and service fulfilment monitoring
Act as main point of contact for IT Severity 1 incidents providing local coordination and execution to ensure business continuity and minimize issues impacts
Maintaining onsite operations coverage for DT factory resources
Implementation and review of the security of DT systems in line with company policies, identifying and addressing cyber security compliance issues with cyber team
Drafting of documentation and periodic reports on systems, applications, projects, activities

requirements-expected :

C1 English
Previous work experience (or equivalent) in project management and Service Delivery, preferable in IT field/ services
Degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics or equivalent field
Self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to details, exceptional customer service orientation
Ability to carry out activities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment within defined priorities and deadlines, providing evidence of achieved goals
Good at time management and ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (Saturdays from home, initial project phase)
Readiness to travel for business reasons
