Project Coordinator is an entry PMO role that enables further development in PMO or Project Delivery area. The primary responsibility of Project Coordinator is to provide project/ program support and deliver PMO services on a daily basis (e.g. Governance and Control, Document Management, Financial Management, Resource Management, Quality Assurance, etc.). Project Coordinator assists in the successful delivery of Projects/ Programs or PMO services by coordinating specific activities in line with standards, processes and procedures.
Exemplary PCO tasks:
- Meetings scheduling and meeting summary preparation,
- Maintaining the logs (e.g. RAID Log, Change Request Log, etc.),
- Financial Management (e.g. collecting of financial data provided by stakeholders),
- Following up with team members/ project stakeholders on statuses and updates,
- Coordinating data collection and consolidation, providing summary reports (mainly with the use of Excel and Power Point),
- Document/ Access Management (e.g. SharePoint activities),
- Resource Management (e.g. Team members onboarding/ offboarding),
- Maintaining reports, lists, project plans, mailboxes.
Must have/ Minimal expectations:
- English - strong B2/ C1 level,
- Dutch - strong B2/ C1 level,
- Basic PMO service knowledge,
- Very good organizational skills,
- MS Office experience,
- Ability to work well as part of the Team and as individual,
- Ability to adjust quickly to changes and learn new tools/ skills.
