We are looking for a Project Coordinator for various projects in Software Integration & Maintenance department. He or she will cooperate with R&D engineers and local offices to ensure swift, complex and accurate solutions of software issues for customers from all over the world for Mobile and Wearable devices.
responsibilities :
Resolving every customers’ problem in accurate and comprehensive way – offering permanent and temporary solutions
Cooperating with R&D teams, local offices, headquarters (China) to ensure proper information flow
Regular reporting of the issue status, including critical risks for each issue
Detecting and reporting main weak points in software and UX – presenting conclusions and monitoring improvements
Ensuring timely and accurate project progress and monitoring KPIs such as ticket duration and timely closure rate
requirements-expected :
2-4 years of experience in testing or other technical position
Knowledge of consumer electronic products from user’s perspective
Ability to coordinate work between multiple teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to draw conclusions based on data from multiple sources
Good command of English (B2 level or above)

Able to adapt to the fast-changing business environment
Higher education in a science field
