Your Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating all project phases, from start-up to execution and closeout.
• Collaborating with service, equipment, product, and material suppliers.
• Assisting in project budget preparation.
• Monitoring project hours and reporting in the internal system.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Managing project financial documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
• Meeting with clients to gather detailed briefs and clarify project requirements.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in project management , preferably in the wind energy sector or related fields.
• Strong skills in budget creation and management .
• The ability to read and interpret contracts.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – this is a must!
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills .
• The ability to plan, prioritize , and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
• A Category B driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools .
