Job Description:

People responsible for interview and answering questions about profiles.

Requirements and Task Description:

  • Managing EDI API ESB implementations in accordance with internal procedures and instructions.
  • Responsibility to plan, manage, deploy, mitigate risks, and follow-up on assigned integrations according to the defined methods including:
  • Verifying the requirements of a given integration.
  • Quality assurance on data elements.
  • Implementation of integrations.
  • Verification and control of KPIs.
  • Facilitation and management of implementation team members.
  • Steering communication strategy with respect to all project integration.
  • Participation in meetings with internal and external partners and customers.
  • Timely and high-quality preparation of instructions, maps, checklists, overviews, and reports about the implemented integration according to adhering standards and policies.
  • Maintaining close cooperation with respective functions in terms of change management and proactive business case realization planning of the project.
  • Complex proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management as per need and project situation in various governance setups mainly internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting responsibility to integration stakeholders according to defined structures i.e. implementation team board executive but also to CINTO Management or other identified by management relevant integration stakeholders.
  • Contribute to standardization of products and tools.
  • Close cooperation with other teams within one process.

Skills:

  • Experience in running projects.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships.
  • Focus on pursuing a goal and looking for solutions at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic organization.
