Job Description

Requirement and Task Description:

  1. Managing EDI API ESB implementations in accordance with internal procedures and instructions.
  2. Responsibility to plan, manage, deploy, mitigate risks, and follow-up on assigned integrations according to the defined methods including:
    1. Verifying the requirements of a given integration
    2. Quality assurance on data elements
    3. Implementation of integrations
    4. Verification and control of KPIs
    5. Facilitation and management of implementation team members
    6. Steering communication strategy with respect to all project integration
    7. Participation in meetings with internal and external partners and customers
    8. Timely and high-quality preparation of instructions, maps, checklists, overviews, reports about the implemented integration according to adhering standards and policies
    9. Maintaining close cooperation with respective functions in terms of change management and proactive business case realization planning of the project
    10. Complex proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management as per need and project situation in various governance setups mainly internal stakeholders.
    11. Reporting responsibility to integration stakeholders according to defined structures i.e., implementation team board executive but also to CINTO Management or other identified by management relevant integration stakeholders.
    12. Contribute to standardization of products and tools.
    13. Close cooperation with other teams within one process.
