We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team for a project with one of our key clients in the logistics and transport sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting ongoing projects while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The position requires working from the Warsaw office twice a week, with the remaining days available for remote work.
responsibilities :
Plan, manage, and monitor assigned projects and tasks
Oversee KPI verification, reporting, and control
Participate in meetings and governance processes
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication
Support migration projects and maintain tasks using tools such as JIRA
requirements-expected :
3-5 years of experience in project management or a PMO-related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals
Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
