About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our large‑scale renewable energy and energy storage (BESS) projects. In this role, you will oversee project milestones from early development. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector while collaborating with international experts across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the achievement of key milestones for utility‑scale renewable energy and energy storage projects — from development through construction readiness.
• Working closely with the project developer and supporting coordination with other internal departments.
• Reporting project progress to the direct supervisor.
• Requesting and supervising payments in the SAP system.
• Managing executed contracts with external partners.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of team deliverables.
• Handing over technical documentation to relevant departments upon project completion.
• Managing day‑to‑day organizational matters for the team (e.g., arranging team events, preparing holiday gifts for partners, etc.).

Requirements

• University degree (preferred fields: Management, Spatial Planning, Energy).
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Windows environment) — advanced Excel skills are a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of the SAP system.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, allowing for daily communication in an international environment.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector and familiarity with administrative procedures will be considered an asset.
