About Our GDC Poland
We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management. Our GDC Poland team supports local and international projects from offices located in Krakow and Warsaw. We cover the following markets:

- Transportation

Responsibilities
- Develop budgets and pricing files for new projects and project changes.
- Prepare cost and sales rate structures.
- Review project costs against originally budgeted values.
- Configure and manage projects within corporate systems.
- Perform financial forecasting and analyze project results against forecasts.
- Create reports for project teams regarding project statuses and progress.
- Provide support to Project Managers and project teams.
- Attend and lead project meetings.
- Assist in closing out projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of the principles of Project Controls / Cost Control.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience (experience may compensate for the lack of formal education).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work late shifts for up to two weeks per month.
- Prior experience in roles such as Cost Controller (engineering projects/companies), Financial Analyst, or Financial Controller is an asset.
