Job Description

As our Project Controller you will be supporting in monitoring and controlling project financials, process review and regulate the progress and performance of a project and initiate the corresponding changes, to identify variances from the project management.

You will be responsible for ensuring professional work around project controlling and regulate the progress and financial performance of the project. Ensure that the project financial is on track according to budget and clear overview is available.

You will be employed on full-time basis at our office of Muehlhan Wind Service, located in Szczecin, Poland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing of invoices and cost related to project
• Prepare data to analyze and report cost and work in progress against each project and budget
• Report project performance and participate in relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project as well as prepare financial monthly project reports
• Invoicing to client according to PO, and claims approved by client
• Monitoring of the project progress and performance
• Monitoring of the hours spent on the project
• Assist the project management team to evaluate project performance
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure and secure project
• Taking part in business trips up to 3 times a year
• Use company tools to processing documentation
• Support Head of Business Unit, Project Managers during end of project negotiations with client
