Join to apply for the Project Buyer role at RSB Automotive Consulting. RSB Automotive Consulting is looking for a Project Buyer to join one of our international clients in the automotive sector.
Location: Poland (Lublin)
Start: As soon as possible
Contract: Long-term employment on a permanent contract (UoP)
Remote work: 2/3 days per week
Key responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for components, services, tooling, and equipment
- Manage prototype development and tooling orders with suppliers
- Ensure suppliers meet project objectives in terms of quality, cost, and timing
- Support localization and sourcing strategies in alignment with global purchasing teams
- Drive cost optimization and propose innovative solutions with suppliers
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and legal teams
Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Experience working in international and cross‑functional environments
- Good understanding of project/program development processes
- Fluent English (B2 minimum) is required, German is a plus
