• Higher education: process engineering, food industry, mechanics and machine construction or similar
• Experience in similar projects and in purchasing goods and technical services
• Fluent in both English and Polish
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Motivation to work, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel on business

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire procurement CAPEX process, including selecting and contracting suppliers for technical components, machinery and infrastructure needs
• Selection of new suppliers in other regions ensuring cost, quality and delivery reliability
• Conduct negotiations, manage supplier relationships and monitor their performance
• Responsibility for planning and coordinating procurement activities
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices and resolving any issues with suppliers and deliveries
• Control and optimize costs within the procurement process
• Create reports on purchasing activities and results and analyze industry trends
• Following company policies and procedures
• Cooperation with other departments
