Taking care of office equipment resources for the engineering department
Support in administration linked with department
SAP support in workflow related activities
requirements-expected :
Graduated with a minimum bachelors degree (preferably specialisation of studies Engineering or Economics or Administration).
2 years of experience in a similar position
High personal culture
Willingness to cooperate and fast learning skills
High level of verbal and non-verbal communication
Confidentiality
Knowledge of Excel (Google Docs), Word (Google sheet), Powerpoint (Google Slide), advanced knowledge of SAP
Advanced skills of Polish and English
