• Manage projects in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial system implementations
• Analyze and improve processes, identify gaps, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve them
• Cooperate with stakeholders from various departments (mainly IT and finance)
• Regularly present progress and report to the Hiring Manager
• Participate in global meetings (flexibility for early/late calls required)

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial project management or M&A
• Experience with financial/ERP systems (not necessarily Oracle; Workday is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting (General Ledger, AP/AR, cash management, taxes, fixed assets)
• PM certification (Prince2, Agile, or equivalent)
• Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with JIRA and IT systems is a plus
