The Process and Project Manager, CMO is responsible for overseeing internal project initiatives, optimizing business processes, helping to drive Change Initiatives and ensuring effective project delivery within dened timelines and budgets. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, process analysis, resource management, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efciency and meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management methodologies, process design, and change management to drive impactful results.
responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Scope and Objective Denition: Work with stakeholders to dene project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and budgets, to optimize project efciency.
Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, adjusting project plans as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, progress, and any issues; facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress through KPIs/OKRs, metrics, and reporting tools, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Process Mapping and Analysis: Document, analyze, and redesign business processes to increase efciency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, eliminate inefciencies, and ensure that new processes align with business goals.
Implementation of Best Practices: Research and integrate industry best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve process effectiveness.
Change Management: Guide and support teams through process changes, providing training and resources as necessary to facilitate adoption.
Standardization and Documentation: Develop standardized procedures, workows, and documentation to support scalable growth.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related eld; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a similar role.
Certications: PMP, Prince 2, Six Sigma, Lean, or other relevant certications are benecial.
Project Management: Prociency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
Process Improvement: In-depth knowledge of process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies, and root cause analysis.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage conict, and inuence stakeholders at all levels.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and project updates.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Technology Skills: Experience with Atlassian Toolset (JIRA, Conuence) and ofce productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint). Prociency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, DrawIO) would be benecial.
