Project and Equipment Planner in Cabin Assembly (m/f/d)

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• English language at min. B2 level and German language at min. B1 level
• Proven experience in project work within cabin/body production or similar high-volume manufacturing environments
• Project management skills; certification desirable (e.g., IPMA Level D or equivalent such as PRINCE2 Foundation or PMI CAPM). Experience with stage-gate processes, risk management, scheduling (e.g., MS Project), and stakeholder communication
• Solid foundational knowledge and a genuine passion for emerging production technologies and trends (e.g., automation and robotics, digitalization initiatives/MES, data analytics)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Project desirable)
• CAD literacy (e.g., AutoCAD/NX) and the ability to read and adapt layouts
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, reliability, and sense of ownership
• A structured and interdisciplinary way of working, with the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
