Were seeking ambitious Project Managers and Delivery Managers (Mid or Senior) to join our Poland-based team (remote within Poland considered). Were looking for professionals who have a proven track record of successfully managing projects to support team development, manage client relations and help improve our delivery processes.

Compensation:
Mid: B2B: 9 000 - 14 000 PLN net + VAT
Senior: B2B: 14 000 PLN - 18 000 net + VAT
responsibilities :
Coordination of software and design development internally and externally
Working directly with the clients and our project teams, being the main point of contact
Removing impediments of the project teams
Managing the budget, scope, and time of the projects
Taking ownership and being responsible for the projects success
Writing and managing tasks
Building and maintaining client relationships
Overseeing end-to-end delivery processes
Managing stakeholder expectations and engagement
Implementing and optimizing delivery frameworks
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, and/or Account Management
Solid understanding of the IT industry, fundamental knowledge about technology stacks, development lifecycle and related
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies & frameworks
Experience in working with PM tools like Jira or Linear
Awareness of Agile delivery methodologies
Track record of successful product/service delivery
Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
Proven ability to scale delivery processes
Advanced written and spoken English and Polish (min. C1)
Experience and preference of working remotely
Being the projects communication leader
Being self-driven and self-managed
Kindness and having the ability to take & give feedback openly
