• Ability to implement and maintain best practices in change management
• Experience in resource and budget planning
• Excellent time management skills, enabling independent prioritization and meeting deadlines
• Ability to assess existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong teamwork skills, combined with a proactive and professional approach to task execution
