The Reckitt Program Test Manager primary responsibility is to provide overall governance and management of all testing related to the SAP deployment for all markets across a mixed estate of integration and standalone software platforms including the SAP ERP. This includes unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.
As this role is fully supporting the deployment market/factory the ideal candidate would be someone within the business who fully understands Business Processes and/or who has experience of testing in an SAP deployment programme. The post-holder must be able to articulate the requirements of the Programme to the business and vice versa in order to inform and guide the scoping and execution of UAT.
In addition, the Test Manager will provide input and be informed on all phases of testing and will ensure that test preparation (including test data set definition) is completed ahead of all testing phase starts.
responsibilities :
Ensure Test Strategy and Deployment Test Approach is up to date.
Support local test leads in understanding the test strategy and general test approach.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure the local teams are adhering with Best Practices when performing testing.
Engage with local business teams to ensure testing requirements are understood and fully met.
Work with vendors during the deployment to ensure local legacy systems are tested based on a risk-based test approach.
Collaborate with local Super Users, SAP CC, Business Process Leads and BPOs to define scope of SIT & UAT including data and resource requirements, leveraging a risk-based test approach.
Complete all testing Deliverables e.g. SIT & UAT execution plan and execution schedule, One Step Ahead, RTM.
Coordinate with PMO for review & approvals of test deliverables.
Review & approval of test governance documentation like Test Plans, Test Reports & RTM.
Support preparation of daily status reporting, defects, run rates.
Management of RAG Status reporting to share the health of Test Phases including Test Risk and Issues management.

Excellent knowledge of the local Business operations.
Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities to drive UAT Testing.
Good understanding of Project Management Methodologies and how these apply to testing.
Good knowledge of business processes and computer systems across the SAP landscape.
Experience of test management in an SAP or other ERP deployment programme.
Ability to manage up and down including confident interaction with senior stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and execute activities with minimum supervision in a high pressure global environment.
Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience.
Expertise in test management of SAP Reporting Systems.
Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP.
ITIL V3 to Intermediate level.
