For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Programme Manager who will be responsible for managing a distributed team consisting of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, PMOs, and Business Analysts.
The primary task of this role will be executing the Integrity of Regulatory Reporting (IRR) programme in line with the AGILE methodology, as well as overseeing the development of relevant products and implementation roadmaps. The main objective is to enhance the quality of data sources used in regulatory reporting by integrating them with Trusted Source.

Exceptional understanding of data, particularly in regulatory reporting and solution delivery
Strong knowledge of financial institutions / financial services sector
Extensive programme/project management skills with experience in leading large and complex global initiatives in a change-driven environment (minimum 10 years of experience as a Programme Manager)
Ability to manage and motivate high-performing global teams across multiple locations
Strong stakeholder management skills, from ExCo/Managing Directors to analysts, with a focus on impactful communication
Exceptional strategic thinking ability, managing complexity while balancing significant changes and multiple key priorities
Proven track record of successfully delivering programmes on time and within budget, ensuring business objectives are met with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
Experience in applying Agile methodology in programme management and product development; Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe) are an advantage
Fluent in English
