For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager.
Krakow or Warsaw, hybrid model.Programme Managers are responsible for the leadership of a team of project managers, business analysts and contingent project resources across multiple locations. The role’s first assignment will be responsible for overall execution of the Integrity of Regulatory Reporting (IRR) programme through the AGILE methodology as well as having holistic oversight of the relevant product development roadmaps and the adoption plans. The focus for this role would be the delivery of the uplift of Regulatory Reporting Data Sources (Applications) to Trusted Source IRR is a key pillar of the Regulatory Excellence Portfolio and a crucial component of the Group Data Execution Programme. Overall delivery objective is to ensure the data in key regulatory reports is complete, accurate and timely through implementation of the Data Usage control.
Responsibilities:
Owning delivery execution of the Trusted Source Project as part of the IRR Programme overall plan
Accountable for programme delivery strategy and approach across a series of capabilities / projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
Accountable for programme reporting, governance and benefits realisation / OKR management to all relevant stakeholders
Leading Project Managers / Scrum Masters / PMOs on a high-profile global delivery to ensure commitments are met across budget / benefits / schedule / scope
Proactively partnering with Product and SMEs in the annual planning and forecasting process
Accountable for the intake of all new work and the evaluation of new change requirements, facilitating integrated triage to identify requirements, scope and budget
Owning and managing resource plans with Project Managers / Scrum Masters, producing/overseeing indicative pricing and detailed budgets that match a description of deliverables and actual work effort
Serving as an escalation point to manage risks, issues and dependencies. Provide solutions-oriented consultation to integrated team leads, proactively controlling scope and the change control process, and collaborating with stakeholders to strategically identify and implement solutions
Manage negotiations and oversee the management and service agreement monitoring of TP contracts
Using approved change management tools e.g. JIRA and Confluence, to establish delivery
dashboards and reports to ensure financial health, live deliverables and performance against KPIs / OKRs
Knowledge and experience:
Exceptional understanding of Data in particular regulatory reporting and delivery
Excellent knowledge of financial institutions / financial services
Extensive programme management / delivery lead skills and experience of managing large and complex global deliveries in a change environment is paramount.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Programme Manager
Ability to develop capability in change teams through coaching and training delivery
Ability to lead and motivate high performing global teams in multiple locations
Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco / Managing Director level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication
Exceptional ability to think strategically, manage complexity, balance significant change and multiple key priorities
Experience in applying Agile methodology in programme and product development
Agile certification(s) give advantage (e.g. SAFe)
Proficient in spoken and written English
