We’re seeking a visionary Programme/Project Controls Director to lead the charge on some of the most complex and high‑profile infrastructure programmes in the world—including major airport developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of project controls for large‑scale and mega infrastructure programmes.
  • Develop and maintain programme‑level summary schedules based on detailed project plans.
  • Guide and mentor a team of Project Controls professionals in forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Implement robust governance, tools, and systems across the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops on planning, risk, logistics, and interfaces.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of programme progress and risks.
  • Collaborate with central teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate performance insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated with relevant professional memberships.
  • Min. 20 years of professional experience in major construction programmes, with a strong focus on infrastructure and industrial projects.
  • Min. 10 years of experience in Programme/Project Controls leadership roles.
  • Successfully completed, in the position of Project Control Manager/Programme Controls Director or equivalent, min. 1 project involving the construction of a new airport or the expansion of an existing airport.
  • Exceptional people management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent client engagement capabilities and stakeholder relationship management.
  • High adaptability in navigating complex and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to inspire, coordinate, and mentor cross‑functional teams.
  • Skilled in both top‑down strategic decision‑making and bottom‑up technical execution in project controls.
  • Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in dynamic, politically complex environments.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, Safran, ThinkProject/CEMAR, and Microsoft Suite including PowerBI.

Please note that this position needs to be based on project site in Poland.
