We’re seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer who thrives in backend development, with a touch of frontend expertise (Angular, to a lesser extent). Developing and enhancing the Platform: Design and implement robust backend features, with occasional frontend contributions, to support business initiatives.
Collaborating on solution design: Partner with the team to define technical concepts and solutions that align with business needs.
Ensuring code quality and compliance: Write clean, maintainable code adhering to high standards and support the team in maintaining technical documentation.
Supporting testing and deployment: Contribute to acceptance testing, stabilize solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of releases.
Participating in agile processes: Engage in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and iterative solution design to drive continuous improvement.
Optimizing and maintaining systems: Provide ongoing support to stabilize and enhance deployed solutions, ensuring long-term reliability.
requirements-expected :
Technical expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Java/J EE developer.
Strong proficiency in Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
Deep knowledge of relational databases and SQL, particularly Oracle or Postgre SQL.
Experience with multithreaded programming and OOP principles.
Familiarity with build automation tools like Gradle or Maven.
Proficiency with Git for version control.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, and HTML5 for occasional frontend tasks.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with design patterns, TDD, or BDD approaches.
Familiarity with Kafka or GOSU programming.
Frontend development experience with the Angular framework.
Work arrangement:
Hybrid work model: Minimum 1 day per week in the office, with the flexibility to work up to 4 days remotely.
