responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Close cooperation with the client at various levels within the organizational structure, including reporting, negotiations, conducting workshops, and providing consultancy as trusted advisors.
Expanding cooperation with the client beyond the current context, supporting pre-sales activities and delivery-led add-on sales.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies between projects.
Monitor program performance using KPIs and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity.
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to organizational best practices.
Manage the project budget with full responsibility for the financial outcome.

requirements-expected :

Proven experience (5+ years) in program management within a matrixed or global organization.
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English and German communications skills
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
