Program Manager, Strategy & Research Services

The Strategy & Research (S&R) Services team is a small, high‑performing group of implementation, advisory, and project management professionals. We help clients master and leverage Qualtrics software to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable impact.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Own the end‑to‑end S&R program: coordinate the entire project lifecycle from implementation through to final deliverables and renewal.
  • Proactively drive results by identifying potential gaps early and collaborating with advisory and technical teams to implement solutions that meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Master client relationships: act as the primary point of contact, run tactical program reviews, and lead future‑focused conversations.
  • Deliver commercially: manage your book of accounts/programs with a focus on hitting margin targets and ensuring a smooth path to contract renewal.
  • Navigate change confidently, inspire confidence in the solution, and champion quality by working closely with panel vendors.
  • Advocate internally: serve as a point of escalation for account and program issues, championing customer needs and mobilising resources for maximum impact.
  • Contribute to the team: lead by example, share knowledge, and help elevate overall performance.

Things You’ll Do

  • Set up and test survey fieldwork parameters, including complex logic and quota management.
  • Manage data collection plans and monitor responses to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage vendors to ensure high‑quality data and methodological adherence.
  • Serve as key client lead on multi‑country programs, maintaining comprehensive notes and timely actions.
  • Review data stability for long‑term program health.
  • Manage project‑level budgets and deliver on margin targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to develop meaningful client relationships aligned to overall strategy.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other client meetings, delivering content on program performance and new features.
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure successful contract renewal.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client‑facing role such as project management or account management, preferably within SaaS/Technology, Market Research Agency, or Consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and prioritisation of workloads.
  • Adaptability to fast‑paced, unstructured, and highly competitive environments.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail.
  • Research acumen: experience managing market research or insight projects.
  • Preferred: Experience with the Qualtrics platform and basic statistical analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in market research, marketing, economics, sociology, psychology, statistics, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
