Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end execution of Conference Room Products projects from concept to launch.
- Work closely with engineering, design, product management, and manufacturing teams to align development efforts.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates effectively.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between hardware, firmware, and software teams.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate project success.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within consumer electronics or embedded systems industries.
- Strong technical background in hardware, firmware, and/or software development.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, IoT, and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other agile project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with global supply chains, manufacturing partners, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
