We are seeking a seasoned, customer-obsessed Program Manager to strengthen our Channel Business Unit (CBU) Applications Focus Growth (AFG) and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) strategies and execution methodologies.
As an integral individual contributor, you will help drive the CBU AFG / SIP strategies with a focus on global business models, 3+ year business plans and formal road maps. You will help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AFG / SIP solutions and data analytics by providing our internal stakeholders with process documentation, strategy definition and KPI toolsets required to succeed at the CBU and enterprise levels. The Program Manager will assist the teams in prioritization and resource management while effectively communicating program status, anticipating and escalating issues, and proposing solutions based on expertise and experience.
