Job Details



Role: Program Manager Regulatory Reporting



Mode of Hiring: B2B Contract



Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid 2-3 days weekly onsite)



Note: Consultants who are based in Poland and have a valid work permit are requested to apply as per the project compliances.



Requirements

1. Exceptional understanding of Data in the context of Regulatory reporting
2. Excellent knowledge of financial institutions / financial services
3. Extensive programme management / delivery lead skills and experience managing large and complex global deliveries in a change environment
4. Minimum 10 years of experience in Programme Manager / Delivery Lead role
5. Ability to develop capability in change teams through coaching and training delivery
6. Ability to lead and motivate high-performing global teams in multiple locations
7. Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco / Managing Director level to analysts, specializing in impactful communication
8. Exceptional ability to think strategically, manage complexity, and balance significant change and multiple key priorities
9. Proven delivery of on-time and on-budget programmes that achieve business case stated outcomes with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
10. Experience in applying Agile methodology in programme and product development
11. Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills with exposure and success working within a global matrix organization model
12. Agile certification(s) give advantage (e.g. SAFe)
13. Proficient in spoken and written English
